Virginia Wolber, CPA, MBA, MAcc
Founder, Managing Partner
Virginia is a CPA with a strong combination of technical expertise, operational insight, and people-focused leadership. For more than 20 years, she has helped service-based organizations — both for-profit and non-profit — strengthen financial operations, drive growth, and navigate major transitions.
Known for her change management leadership, she drives efficiency, strengthens decision-making, and positions companies for sustainable growth. She holds an MBA, a Master’s in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Astrid Restrepo, CPA, MST
Tax Director
Astrid has spent over 15 years advising businesses from startups to large corporations across diverse industries. With a background at two of the largest firms within the top 10 global accounting firms, she brings broad expertise across multiple areas of tax.
At CUNEFORM, Astrid leads the tax practice with a hands-on, client-focused approach, helping businesses navigate complex regulations, ensure compliance, and optimize tax outcomes. She holds a Master’s in Taxation and is a Certified Public Accountant.
