About the Founder
CUNEFORM was founded by Virginia Wolber, a strategic finance leader with over 20 years of experience managing financial operations in complex, high-stakes environments. Her career spans two distinct yet complementary paths: corporate finance roles within the healthcare industry, and public accounting, where she advised law firms, real estate firms, and other service-driven organizations.
This rare combination gives Virginia a unique perspective. With deep experience in highly regulated, service-focused industries, she understands the day-to-day challenges of delivering high-quality work, retaining top talent, and maintaining financial strength. Virginia knows that in high-touch, professional service organizations, financial success cannot come at the expense of service quality, ethics, or operational excellence. Rather than relying on off-the-shelf solutions, she draws on cross-industry expertise to help service-driven organizations strengthen their financial foundation, improve performance, and plan for what’s next – without losing sight of their core mission.
A Certified Public Accountant with both an MBA and a Master’s in Accounting, Virginia partners with clients who expect more from finance: greater control, deeper visibility, and measurable strategic value.
