Controller - Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
In this client-facing role, you will collaborate closely with client management teams to execute growth strategies by providing financial insights and leadership that support their business objectives. You will take the lead in implementing new initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and make efficient use of resources. Additionally, you will oversee process improvements and operational enhancements to help clients optimize their financial performance and scalability.
Essential Qualifications:

Extensive experience managing and directing finance and accounting operations, including mentoring and coaching team members, while collaborating with other departmental leaders to drive organizational success.

Proven expertise in project and time management, ensuring the successful completion of tasks within deadlines and budget.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for CPA or CMA certification; extensive relevant experience may substitute for certification.​
